Goldseal Cleaning is a sole-trader window cleaning and gutter maintenance business based in Worthing, West Sussex, run by Daniel Thorley. I've been cleaning windows locally for over 20 years.

2. What information I collect

When you request a quote, get in touch, or become a customer, I may collect:

- Your name and address

- Your phone number and/or email address

- Details about your property (type, number of bedrooms, services requested)

- Any quote estimates generated for your property

3. How I use your information

- To provide you with a quote and respond to your enquiry

- To arrange and carry out cleaning services

- To contact you about appointments, scheduling, or invoices

I do not use your information for marketing emails, newsletters, or any

purpose other than responding to your enquiry or providing services to you.

4. How long I keep your information

- If you become a customer, I'll keep your details for as long as you remain a customer, plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting purposes.

- If you request a quote but don't go ahead, I'll keep your details for up to 3 months, after which they'll be deleted.

5. Sharing your information

I don't share, sell, or pass on your information to anyone else, except where required by law.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

- Ask what information I hold about you

- Ask me to correct any mistakes

- Ask me to delete your information

- Object to how I use your information
